English for Speakers of Other Languages
Ideal for displaced learners or up-skilling for adults
With the increase in unaccompanied asylum seekers and decreasing levels of literacy, we are experiencing increased demand for courses for English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
We receive enquiries from schools and local government teams to provide a resource to deal with learners where English is not their native language and those who through no fault of their own have struggled to grasp the English language. ESOL is the starting point of their journey, not the destination and from here learners can progress on to Key Stage 3 English or if able move on to Entry Level 3 or Level 1 Literacy.
