Due to growth and unprecedented levels of interest, Nisai is now looking to expand the existing field sales team by three people based across the southern half of the country.
Based from home in the eastern region you will be responsible for generating business from a pre-agreed territory including East Anglia and the South East..
As part of the Learning Services team you will be engaging with schools and local authorities and holding meetings with members of Senior Leadership and strategic leads. Initially the role will be biased towards new business however you will retain clients you bring on board and as such you will be targeted on existing growth as well as new business generation.
Supported by an internally based Learning Services Executive, you will still be required to generate your own appointments through calls and networking events. Day to day account management of your territory and sales related admin can be dealt with by the internal support person. Working to agreed targets, your role will be a mix of telephone canvassing, email approaches and supporting clients with identifying appropriate programmes of study and support for their students and young people in their care. You will also have involvement with parents who will be looking for guidance and direction with regards to all things education.

You will be coming from a background of service led, B2B sales or from a teaching background.
Experience in the public sector and or education is desirable rather than a pre-requisite.
Structured and consultative in your approach, you will have a minimum of 2 years, demonstrable track record in a field sales position.
Tenacious and results orientated you will be looking for a role which challenges but rewards you on the results you deliver.
The ability to problem solve and identify solutions is key to the success of this role as is the ability to plan, focus and commit to pre-agreed activity targets.
