Learning Services Executive (Internal Sales)

The Role

Based in Stockton, you will be working within a busy and productive office environment. As part of the Learning Services Team, you will be responsible for the generation of appointments and revenue with new and existing clients across a pre-defined territory. Working to agreed targets, your role will be a mix of telephone canvassing, email approaches and supporting clients with identifying appropriate programmes of study and support for students and young people in their care. You will also have involvement with parents who will be looking for guidance and direction with regards to all things education.

You will be working closely with a field based Learning Services Manager to target schools and local authority clients across an agreed geographic locations. Leads are generated through ongoing marketing and word of mouth providing you with warm leads plus the new business canvassing which will form a high proportion of your day to day workload. Online demonstrations will also form part of your working day.

Background

You will be coming from a background in appointment making and / or telesales and will have a minimum of two years’ experience in this field. Tenacious and results orientated you will be looking for a role which challenges but rewards your on the results you deliver.

The ability to problem solve and identify solutions is key to the success of this role as is the ability to plan, focus and commit to pre-agreed activity targets.
