Our Core Curriculum programme has demonstrated positive changes in behaviour and has supported many learners in re-engaging back into mainstream education.
In many cases, challenging behaviour can be down to them seeing the reaction of others, lack of differentiation within the class, an undiagnosed special education need or maybe things which are going on outside the school environment.
Core Curriculum is a six week programme used for re-engagement, covering gaps in learning through a flexible, part-time timetable. Many schools have used this programme to test how well their learners with challenging behaviour engage with online lessons. Furthermore, this programme is taught by our supportive teachers through interactive live lessons. Core Curriculum can also be used during periods of fixed-term exclusion.
Long-term programmes are also available for learners who are unable to get on in a mainstream classroom environment. Our programmes can be accessed from school, home, public libraries or anywhere with a computer and an internet connection. As a result, this flexibility provides a route for learners who can be disruptive in class to still achieve their ambitions and keep up to date with their studies.
