Step- Out Programme
Short Term, quick turnaround and track-able offsite provision.
Interventions for schools
"Step Out" is a strategy for learners where a cycle of behaviour is proving difficult to manage in school.
Step-Out provides up to 12-week provision with an academic offering including Maths, English & Science and time spent dealing with the challenges that have resulted in the young person struggling. With more focus put on exclusion rates within schools, Step- Out aims at those learners who are at risk of permanent exclusion and require an alternative strategy to address behaviour and re-engage back into the mainstream environment.
Through a blended approach incorporating real-time, supported learning online and mentor support to deal with any issues, Step-Out provides a solution to schools that require a quick turnaround provision. Academic study and time spent on soft skills and behaviour are all priorities and ensures a balanced and holistic curriculum.
