Today, we had the privilege of attending the REAL Trust Annual Leadership Conference, and it was truly inspiring.

We kicked off the day with an enlightening talk by Mark Finnis on “The Power of Restorative Practice: Building Relational Culture by Design, Not Default.” Mark Finnis’ insights into creating a positive and intentional culture were truly eye-opening.

Next, we were captivated by Warren Larkin’s presentation on “Implementing Trauma-Informed Approaches in 100 Secondary Schools in England.” His work is making a significant impact on education, and we’re thrilled to see these transformative practices being adopted.

Our team had a fantastic time meeting passionate educators at our stand. We learned so much about their incredible work and shared some exciting ideas. It was a great opportunity for our marketing and sales team to connect and collaborate.
