Our Senior Leadership Team, with a cumulative 100 years of tenure within Nisai, continue to drive the ongoing development of Nisai, ensuring that standards are met and that we do the best by our students. You can be confident that the ethos and values instilled in the organisation are driven by the leadership team and are shared with equal passion throughout the team. It is not just within the Senior Leadership Team that you will find longevity of service but also across the wider team. The majority of our Managers and Team Leaders across teaching, mentoring, sales, technical, development, customer and student support departments have all been promoted from within. This consistency brings enormous strength and stability to our Company and the depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence in everything we do, only adds value to the journey anyone embarking on with Nisai will enjoy.
